Privacy requests

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, email support@anceon.app from the email address on your Anceon account. We respond to every request.

You can also handle most things directly in the app, without writing to us:

• Edit your data: everything you shared during onboarding stays editable under Settings.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account removes your account and all associated data immediately and permanently.

What gets deleted: deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your account and everything attached to it — your profile and onboarding answers, food and movement preferences, meal plans, activity and meal logs, notification tokens, and analytics events. There is no retention period; the data is not recoverable.

What is kept: records of subscription purchases and billing are retained by Google Play, the App Store, and our subscription processor, as required for financial and legal compliance. They are no longer linked to an Anceon account.
